Patches disabled when they shouldn't be.
My company is trying to get applications like Java, Flash, and IE to patch through KACE. We thought I was workinig be recently found out that it has not been downloading the patchs we have subcribed to and set in Detect and Deploy.This is an example of the patches that are showining up as disabled when they shouldn't.
Here you can see that Detect is working correctly:
And then here is our subcription settings which I can't imagine has anything wrong.
Our OS's and Languages are set correctly, the example patch is subscribed to, and Application patches are checked. Does anyone have any clues as to what is going on? Thank you for your time.

In this particular case, that is a software installer (note it is a full install/upgrade) for Java 7 Update 51. I believe that is disabled beacuse you don't have "Include Software Installers" checked under Patch Subscription. Are you getting any patches that are just updates and not full installs?
