Patchmanagement Problems (

Hi,

I was testing the K1000 patch management and it worked so far but only for the first round (until the KACE Agent on the client asks for reboot) after the reboot the status on the patch schedule pages says "download pendig" (or someting like that, sorry i use the K1000 in german, in german it is "Download wird ausgeführt").

This status doesn't change, even after a restart of the patching schedule or after a reboot of the client. Before I restarted the client it ran for about 3 or 4 days an no changes in the status.

System Information:

K1000 Version: 9.0.270

KACE Agent Version: 9.0.167

Client OS: Windows 10 - 1809

Unfortunatelly I cannot update the K1000 or the KACE Agent bundle because the maintainance contract expired. And I will get the permission to renew it only when the patch management will work.

Do anyone knows something about this issue or has an idea what causes this problem?

Thanks for answers in advance.

Jörg

you are in a catch 22

you need an active maintenance agreement to download the patches.

you will never get past download pending till you renew.

Hi,

when I started the test, i had an active license with wich i could download the patches. But during the patch process i also get the problem with the "download pendig" status.

I added a picture to show you the status.
