problems mapping between User attributes and LDAP attributes

Hi people.

I seem to have a problem with adding attributes to retrieve in the k1.

I have established a connection to LDAP successfully.....

I have added the attributes I want to map...(see pic)

But on the next page the "employeeid" and the "extensionattribute4" not

showing up in the dropdown list to define mapping between users and ldap attributes.(see pic)

Any ideas guys??

When you go to the next screen the appliance performs a search and will query LDAP for something like 50 users. If none of the users that it queried contain those attributes, then the values don't appear in the dropdown. - chucksteel 5 years ago
