Packaging ProductView 9.0

I am trying to package productview 9.0 application, it has an inbuilt Msi, when tried to install it, an error is shown

the attached error, once we press ok it installs the application.

Can anyone please let me know how to solve this issue.

A swift Google for 'windows installer error 2803' would tell you that the MSI's Dialog table has an error.

Bounce it back to the vendor.
