Quest Technical Support Request System Down?
I've been trying to submit an online technical support request for the past three days and when I get to the final "submit case" step, it's been throwing back this popup every time.
While I will go ahead and schedule a time so I can call them, not having this basic function available is discouraging.

I checked it now 3 times (shortly after your report, early morning and now) and never ran into this issue.
Can you retry it? Maybe a hicckup?
I also see many cases are opened yesterday and today globally for KACE appliances.
