KACE Product Support

When try to rebuild my KBE I hit start upload in media manager and a command prompt opens up and begins to run. I see that things are successfully completing. The command prompt box then closes and the progress bar hangs in Media Manager and I can let it sit for a half hour and nothing happens so I just close the box. I do notice that the name of the image I created shows up in the Kace device but it shows it as being 0 bytes.

Not sure what to do.
