Software Deployment

Hi,

I am working on Cisco VPN client app(Repackaging). When I tried to self heal the application by deleting exe file in my application's install directory and launch my application shortcut from StartMenu/All Programs, the self healing was successful but after the self healing process got over My Computer is getting opened instead of opening the application shortcut. I dono wt is the issue. Kindly help me. Am Repackaging in Windows XP.
