Removing of email signatures on helpdesk tickets

At this years UserKon one of the sessions went through the process of removing all the unnecessary information off of a helpdesk ticket submitted through email.  Would anyone have these steps to accomplish this?

I have our SMA configured to strip all signatures. We're using Exchange Rules Pro to manage this. Great product for managing corporate signatures.

Could you advise how you have your SMA to strip the signatures. Or are  you saying Exchange Rules Pro is the program removing them?
