Righfax 10 client install
I am installing rightfax 10 client on windows 7 machine .
Before installing the client , I install HP LaserJet 4 drivers and then I install the client . Client installs successfully and it also creates rightfax fax printer with HP LaserJet 4250 PCL driver.
When I go to faxutil I can see the cover sheet. When a user try to print from pdf or word and select rightfax printer the coversheet does not show up.
What could be causing this ? Thanks

I dont have an answer to your question... are you deploying 10.6 SR2?
Would you mind sharing your install commands?

Thanks John , I am installing 10.0.39 version, however the problem was fixed by adding server name on the client side since it was defaulting to rightfax in configuration - nwguy 10 years ago
