Script to restrict worker reassignment
I would like a script that would restrict a worker/workers from reassigning workorders. Our level 2 area assigns/reassigns workorders. We do not want the Help Desk reassigning workorders because they don't want to do them. [;)] Can you help me with this script? Thank you.

How do you tell the difference between someone who is not allowed to reassign workorders from one who is? Do you have one (or both) of those groups in exclusive labels?
