Service Desk Dashboard Widget is not working properly
Hello together,
I have a problem with the service desk widgets since the last update to version 11.1.263. The problem is that all the users are not displayed there. If you resize the widget, nothing happens except that the tiles get bigger.
On the version before everything was fine. Attached are some screenshots, maybe someone has a solution for this.

Looks like a bug, get it logged with support and good luck. If you need decent functioning service desk dashboards maybe think about Power BI…..

Thanks for the reply, but have created a ticket. Unfortunately it is not a bug. This is intended because otherwise it is too much information for a dashboard. It became confusing and the performance suffered from it - evremya 2 years ago
