Software Deployment

What OS are you asking about? Is the install file a .exe, a .msi, or something else? What have you tried already? We'll need a bit more information. 

As far as I remember Brother provide a Driver Deployment Wizard which may help you here - it's not something I've used myself though. Check the driver download page to see if one is availabe for your driver.

If you want to continue with the driver installation executable try running it with a '/?' to see if it provides a list of command line switches you could use.

If you can get the extracted driver files and right click the .inf file and click 'install' successfully - then you might be able to use DPINST.exe to install the driver silently. DPINST.exe is available from Microsoft - Google it (other search engines are available).

If you are packaging into an MSI, then your packaging tool will probably have the DifX merge module available which can handle the installtion of the driver for you.
