sma: adjust ticket field length in ticket
I have a bunch of "yes/no" fields in an onboard template.. the fields take up like 20 spaces so I can only get 3 in a row. Is there not a way to adjust field length. I see you can adjust for list view and Im not even sure what that is.. but it doesnt change the format of a template. Am I missing something? This cant be something a script can adjust because they can only run on schedule/save.
The kace SMA Ui is very frustrating to me.. I hope 11.0 shows improvement. People expect what they see on their phones.
Nope, it is what it is, if you need a bunch of "yes/no's" you have to use all custom fields and there is no option in templates to adjust the default length.
Where were you 8 years ago when I was screaming at KACE to update the ServiceDesk? Shall we start to talk about SLA's and putting calls on hold?!?!? ;o)
