Smart Labels for Devices and Patches
I'm trying to understand and create Smart Labels for patching and devices. Is there a way to create a smart label based on the OU the computer is in in Active Directory?

Yes. That would be an LDAP label. When you create the LDAP Label, you set the Base DN to the OU you wish for it to look into. You could do many of these for different OUs and then create a Smart Label and have one of the query fields be Label Names = (LDAP LABEL).
You can then do and/or for additional LDAP Labels if you wish to patch/deploy to several OUs at the same time.
