Systems Management

I would like to create a device label that can do the following.

• Identify All devices assigned to users in a select departments
• Identify All devices that have a select title installed

Now, the second one is easy and I have a lot of them. The troubles comes in when I need to filter by the department (this info is in the user's profile and I pull using LDAP).
I have tried to create a SQL Query to do this but I cannot find where the LDAP info is stored. 

Any suggestions?
