Stop IE11 from installing

First off, my apologies as I am sure this question (or one similar) has been asked many many times within this community.  I am very new to the KACE appliances and am trying to figure out how to stop IE11 from being installed on our Windows 7 64-bit clients.  When I hop on the KACE 1000 and go to Security --> Patch Listing then run a search for Explorer 11, the only results I get are either "Internet Explorer 11 for Windows Server 2008 R2 x64" or a "Security Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 x64."

I expected to see something resembling "Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 x64."  I am sure there is something simple I am missing, I just cannot find what it is.

Thank you for your help...Shane

Here's how it comes down in the patching system. Maybe double check all your subscription settings...

  • Thanks for a fast response! I looked through our patches and could not find that listed anywhere? And there are still machines that are getting it installed? - shane.stecher 9 years ago
    • Hmmm. Have to ask - when you search the patch listing by default it is filtered by 2014 only. Double check that filter is not being applied... - jegolf 9 years ago
