Is the search by tag function working? When I hit it I'm expecting to see a tag selection that I can choose from but I see nothing?

Note that in about a week a new update to the site will introduce the concept of a Tag Home Page so that clicking on any tag will take you to a page that looks similar to the current topic browse page (so you can see paginated results of all matching content by type).
