Ticket reopen when we delete a computer or user

below is our rules and the ticket rules that Knowledge artical 794 want added does anyon know how to merge these together

These are completely different rules. Why do you want to merge them into one?
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
