Ticket rule change owner to updater
I habe already the sql selection. Now i want to make an update.
I want to set the updater from the ticket as owner. How i have to make the sql code?

So whoever changes a ticket in any way becomes the owner? Not just the first person to do it? What should happen if the submitter changes the ticket?
