Tickets Sent to K1000 Service Desk from Apple Mail with attachments are stripped upon delivery
Having issues when emailing service desk from with Apple Mail ( Mac Mail ), attachments are being removed at the K1 end, service desk ticket is created but without attachment.
Sending email to the same queue on the same K Box from an MS client recevies, creates tickets and attaches attachments as dseigned. Has anyone else came across this before?
