Trouble with K1000 Software inventory and Office 2007-2010

Hello,

Im currently working some with k1000 vapp Version 5.4.76847.

My trouble is we have office pro 2007 and office standard 2010. office pro 2007 is just installed on some computer and only the access 2007 componement is installed for all others componement we use Office 2010, still k1000 detect word 2007 and the others componement as installed but when u got to uninstall option for office u see only access is currently installed.

I used the command "wmic product list" in cmd and I see I have all the office 2007 componement listed even if they are not really installed at the moment.

Can u tell me the best way to get a correct listing on k1000 ?

5.5 has a better handle of what is installed versus 5.4. You might want to upgrade to 5.5 to use the Software Catalog feature so the K1 accurately depicts the correct versions installed.
