Turn off new feature "Top article suggestions" in the Service Desk module

We upgraded our KACE Systems Management Appliance to version 12.0.149 this week.  One of the new features within the Service Desk module appears to be suggesting articles during ticket creation.  Is there a way to turn this off and if so directions on how to do that would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Now playing Devil’s advocate here, Nico suggests using uservoice to raise the idea to turn off new functionality.

I did a search in uservoice to find the article that may have lead to the functionality being added to the SMA.

All I could find was this article, clearly not actioned by dev? Can anyone find the actual article on uservoice??

I created a User Voice Suggestion. I hope you don't mind that I used your screenshot example above. Please go vote.

Hello, sorry to post on an old thread but I didn't want to recreate the question. Is there a fix/bypass/toggle of some kind for this issue for v13 or planned in v14?

This cannot disabled as of today (12.0) and tries to offer the best KB articles.
See here: https://support.quest.com/kb/335003/
I suggest to go to kace.uservoice.com and suggest a change here.
