ThinApp packaging error: "Unable to Write attribute.ini"

Hi,

While capturing Tibco Application in Win7 x64 bit machine getting error as given with attached snapshot,

Tool Used : VMware ThinApp 4.7

Build : Win 7 x64 bit

Error : Unable to Write attribute.ini

Please give any suggestion.
