There are a few ways, but the easiest is as follows:
1. Go to Scriptings |Configuration Policies |Uninstaller and fill out the template.
2. run the created script and you are done.
It needs the software being installed correctly and the software has provided all nessesary informations to do so.

The second way would be creating your own script (for some reasons which cannot be fulfilled by the default script) Use https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mbam_clean in a script to uninstall it completely.

The third way ist to modify your Distribution to run the installer with the uninstall arguments (like msiexec /X malwarebytes.msi /qn instead of /i)
