updating existing Asset records
I have about 1000 asset records of a certain type and I want to add two new fields and update those with a CSV file (keeping the original asset data). Is there anyway to update/import this information.

no sooner than I post a question then I find the answer. I wasnt ticking primary key

Yep, good skills, ticking primary key on the correct field when uploading an asset CSV will enable the records to be updated, rather than created new - Hobbsy 3 years ago
