Upgraded from 9.0 til 9.1 - broke service desk with special characters
Upgraded our KACE SMA from 9.0 to 9.1, no problems - everything seems to be working fine.
But emails to our service desk is broken with norwegian special characters: ÆØÅ
No problems with KACE 9.0, any tips on how to resolve in 9.1 ?
First is it looks in KACE service-desk, below is the original email.
This issue is solved in 10.0 so an update to 10.0 would solve it directly.
If you are not able to go to 10.0 right now contact support, which can also fix this in a tether.
