very slow agent upload rates.

has anyone experienced extremely slow uploads of Kace Agent updates to the KBOX? At the rate mine is going, it could take several hours to upload 20MB. I know that cannot be normal, so what could I be doing wrong?

so I opened a ticket with Kace-we ended up updating the Kace OS and as soon as we did that, the agent started to upload normally.

does it act slow in any other way?  such as pushing a script with a larger dependancy msi?

  • have you tried to ping the kbox from a windows with a large packet (ping kbox.acme.com -t -l 4096) - SMal.tmcc 11 years ago
