can anybody explain me step by step process to create packages.

First, forget Admin Studio. Beyond very basic packages, you'll struggle with any tool unless you know the fundamentals. Start here.

Lets just say you were using admin studio to make MSI packages.
Your patching format would be an MSP
Kind of annoyingly, you have to create a new (updated) MSI, then compare your old MSI and the new MSI to create a PCP file. Then build the MSP using the PCP file
I have never created MSP's as I like to do a major upgrade to deploy complete new installs that remove a previous version (if found) but will install completely on a clean machine.
