What are the required role functions to allow "Force Inventory"

We are rolling out more restrictive service desk roles following the principle of least privilege.  Things are generally going well, but they have lost the ability to force inventory and I am trying to re-grant that.

Currently,  they have write access to everything in Inventory.   I'm not certain what else to add.  I cannot find anything here or in the documentation.  We are on the latest release of the SMA.
