-          How about attaché file in asset?

-          Need to backup installation file?

I'm not sure collapsing from 7 orgs to one is possible.  If it is, it would be by exporting resources from one queue and importing into your main queue.  (Settings>Resources)

The reason I say this is that the K1000 backup can only be restored as a complete item and using Resources is limited.  Well, through the K1000 UI anyway.  It's possible that KACE support could migrate your data, but that might be something you would have to pay for.

Some specific answers:

I don't believe you can export assets, but you can definitely export managed installs, scripts, smart labels and reports.

I'm not aware of a way to export/import tickets from one queue to another within the K1000.  I seem to recall that this is by design to avoid duplicate tickets as your queues might have similar ticket number ranges.

With regards to service desk, permissions are not that granular.  If you have the right to deploy any software, you can deploy it all.

Permissions to deploy software is pretty good idea though, you might submit that as an enhancement request: http://kace.uservoice.com/forums/82699-k1000
