What should I do before combine every ORG in K1000 to be only 1 ORG and upgrade to version 5.5?
Could you please advise for my question? now I used K1000 v.5.4 with many ORG [I have arround 7ORGs] I would like to know the to do list before I combine every ORG in K1000 to be only 1 ORG and upgrade to version 5.5?

- Ticket/Knowledge Base: Can export exiting ticket from every ORG to 1 ORG?
- Roles: Can we set permission to separate helpdesk team for each company? Ex. Helpdesk from China should have permission to deploy software to their computer [that we set label] only
