When will K1000 supply patches for Windows Server 2019

There is not an option for subscribing to Windows Server 2019 when subscribing for OS version for Patch download. When will this be added? Current Version 9.0.270

It's typically around 60 days after the OS release.

  • I checked with support a while back and they said that version 9.1 would bring support for this. I upgraded my test/dev appliance to 9.1, and Server 2019 is still not in the list of Windows Operating Systems for the patch subscriptions.

I should note that my test/dev appliance does NOT have internet access, so perhaps it needs to check in online before the OS shows as available? I've been assuming the options were pre-programmed in because it lists a lot of Operating Systems we don't use so it's not a list populated based on our inventory.

Can anyone confirm/deny, before I open another support request. It's been five months since Server 2019 was released... - uxre 4 years ago
    • unfortunately it is not supported with 9.1.
The background, is, that the appliance uses a 3rd party patching feed which does not support W2019 yet. - Nico_K 4 years ago
      • Is there any word on when the 3rd party will start releasing patches for W2019? - Ballen 4 years ago

I was told that Server 2019 would be supported with the release of version 10.0 which should be released in about a month. It is currently in beta.
