Why is the time in KACE off by half an hour?
The time in our KACE SMA is off by 30 minutes. I have tried three internet time servers and each one is 30 minutes fast. I do not see any other place in the application where I have any control over the time. It has to be KACE and not the three time servers I tried. If they were all wrong, I imagine that would be a known issue.

Is this virtual or hardware-based? If virtual, have you checked the time on the virtualization host that is running the VM?

It's running on VMWare and that was the cause. - jessburd 6 years ago

After speaking with Quest Support, I was directed to to this article that helps correct the time when running on VMWare. After following the steps, the issue has been corrected.
