Win 7 64bit/Win10 64 bit UNC Printer Installation Fails

I have searched a few internet forums but cant seem to find the fix for this error below does anyone have any insight what the permanent fix is?
Print Server 2008 R2 and Print Server 2012 R2 this issue is being seen on the clients when trying to install a printer from the print servers. The temporary fix is to unshare/reshare the printer and restart the print spooler.

Check the windows logs on the server and client for more detail.
Make sure you have the 64 bit drivers on the servers that push to the clients.
Make sure that you have privileges to access the Printer and control the printer Shared Name.
0x00000043 is related to "The network name cannot be found. ERROR_BAD_NET_NAME"
The printer entry in DNS may be outdated. DNS may be laggy.
Have you tried pinging the hostname specified in your batch file/script?
