Windows 10 Build Upgrades

How is everyone handling Build updates in Windows 10? I'm aware of the command lines etc, it just seems like this is going to be a big process eventually. We have a medical app that is installed on every PC, and will only support the current build -1. Right now we only have about 200+ machines on Build 1703, but we will eventually have around 13,000+.

My initial thought would be to copy down the files needed locally, and then have a scheduled task run early morning. The majority of our machines have a scheduled reboot starting at 3 am. I could even run the update, and have the restart handle the rest. We are a hospital, so we are a 24/7 environment.
