Windows XP cloning can't manage inventory KACE SMA 8.0
my customer using KACE SMA 6.4 have a trouble when manage inventory for win XP sp3, windows XP, doing clone for windows XP and installation agent, and have different KUID but only one of device can check inin or manage inventory

Your customer is so far out of support (both Windows and KACE) that there is little I suspect we can do to get this working. I recommend, get them on a latest version SMA and then use agentless to manage the XP devices
