wmiprvse.exe - Application Error

We are getting Random wmiprvse.exe - Application Error pop-ups on XP boxes. We spot checked a few and found no virus. Any one have any ideas?

  • what do the logs show about wmiprvse when this happens?
  • I don't see anything in the application logs. and just a notice in the system.
