Note
Neither of the above worked for us using Livestate Delivery.

This is what we used.

Follow the Adobe Silent instlal procedure

Use Orca to delet the Key for Media Player 10 install.(This will prompt users during the install)

Added the registry noted above to disable the prompts for the EULA.

And then just executed the setup.exe using Livestate Delivery.

Note
In order to turn off AutoUpdate Service in Organizer you need to edit psa.prf file which is located in [WindowsVolume]Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\5.0\Organizer .
When you open it with notepad, it shows coded information with spacebars, square characters and some text. In fresh installed program there will be two L{<GUID>} records in the end. Before the first L{ will be a lot of squares with spacebars. In order to remove Auto Service Update check, replace the second square with spacebar (it will be closest to the first square), counts from the first L{ .

Note
I made a transform for the "Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 (en_us).msi".

Nothing made with the common.msi.

works perect.

Note
For deployment of Adobe Photoshop Elements 5, the following procedure works well:

1) Create an administrative install:
msiexec /a "e:\Adobe Photoshop Elements\Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 (en_us).msi" TARGETDIR=\\server\share\dir /qb

2) Copy the files "Data1.cab" and "common.msi" from the CD to the same directory as the admin install ("\\server\share\dir").

3) Create a text file called "Abcpy.ini" in "\\server\share\dir". Fill it with the following text:

[OEM Install]
SERIALNUMBER=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

where "XXXX..." is your serial number.

4) Create a transform (MST) for your Photoshop Elements MSI file and do your desired changes. Also add these registry keys to avoid AULA and registration prompt for the users:

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{A7B609FB-83D8-4FC3-8477-1BC65ECFE85B}]
"epic_eula_accepted"=dword:00000001
"EPIC_EULA_ACCEPTED_TIME"="2006-11-01 10:00"
"epic_eula_selected"=dword:00000000
"EPIC_EULA_SELECTED_LOCALE"="en_us"
"EPIC_REGS_COUNT"=dword:00000004
"EPIC_REGS_DATE"="2006-11-01 10:00"
"EPIC_REGS_DECLINE_COUNT"=dword:00000000
"EPIC_REGS_STATE"=dword:00000001
"EPIC_REGS_TYPE"=dword:00000004

5) Optionally create a transform for the common.msi. Remove the custom action CA_WFMInstall to avoid installation of MS Windows Media Player.

6) For the help Center 2.1, this is special, since this help center is used by many Adobe products. The Help Center MSI will upgrade previous versions of Help Center, like 1.0 and 2.0. Not all of the Adobe products will automatically install help files if the help center is too new. For example, Adobe Creative Suite CS2 looks for Help Center 1.0. If you got for example 2.0 installed, no help files will be installed.

Anyway, for the Help Center 2.1, located on the Elements CD, create a transform which removes the custom action "ThrowUninstallWarning".

The best way to handle this is to install the help center seperatly from the applications themselves. Use the upgrade function (i.e do not uninstall old versions, let the new versions upgrade the old ones), since an uninstall of help center will delete all help files.

Then create a seperate MSI for each application's help file. For Photoshop Elements, this file is called
PhotoshopElements_5.0_en_us.zip
Install this .zip into
[ProgramFilesFolder]Adobe\Adobe Help Center\AdobeHelpData\Packages

Do this also for the other Adobe Products using help center.

7) Now, install your components in this order:
common.msi (with optional transform)
Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 (xx_xx).msi (with transform)
Your help file msi
Adobe Help Center 2.1 (without removing old versions, it will upgrade automatically)

To Not check for Updates:
