There may be an issue with Service Pack 1 for ACA2008 that causes KBOX clients to lose all inventory data. I've submitted a case to ADN & will update KACE when a solution is found.

Issue:
After SP1 for ACA2008 is applied the client reports that ALL other software has been removed from the station. After SP1 is removed the Kace client can read the registry properly again.

Kace Engineering has now diagnosed the exact problem.
We were expecting DisplayVersion entry to be a string value (REG_SZ), but in this case it was a DWORD/int, so a cast as a string was blowing up.

Client Code changed to handle this condition in the future.
