This is very similar to Dolphin's SuperNova product in that it uses DCM and DCMSetup.
Having patiently repackaged the legacy InstallShield setup for distro via Group Policy, the main EXE (LUNAR.EXE) kept prompting that DCM wasn't installed and to press ENTER to have it installed and the w/s rebooted.
Pressing ENTER and using ProcMon I could see that DCMSetup.EXE was running and spawning 2 other Setup.EXE processes. However, running DCMSetup.EXE in a Custom Action (to emulate that behaviour) failed each time.
It turns out that it's DOLCFGNT.EXE (in the same folder as DCMSetup.EXE) which needs to be run. Use the '-s' switch for silent operation:
DOLCFGNT -S
otherwise there will be a MsgBox prompting the user to reboot.
