I was able to package "Dymo CardScan Team" by editing the vendor transform 1043.mst. You can read further for extra tips.

Properties:

Use property "PRODUCTKEY=xxxx-xxxxxxx" in either transform or in commandline for applying your serialcode.

Use property "CS_UILANGUAGE = nl" in either transform or in commandline for applying dutch interface in de application. This is "en" for english of course.

Disable auto-update by settings the registrykey below.
