Installation options:
/S: Enable silent install
/CONFIG: Specify the path to the silent configuration file
/D: Specify the path to the installation directory
Note: "/D" This parameter must be the last in the command line and it should not contain any quotes even if the path contains blank spaces.
Example: IntelliJ IDEA 2019.2.2.exe" /S /CONFIG=C:\Setup\Software\IntelliJ\silent.config /D=C:\Program Files\IntelliJ IDEA 2019

Modes:
"mode=admin" will install for all users
"mode=user" will install for current logged in user
