I used FCTemp as my folder.

Extract downloaded file:
FC9104US.exe -extract_all:"C:\FCTemp"
(Creates Disk1 folder in FCTemp)


Create setup.iss (from the extracted folder):
setup.exe /r /f1"C:\FCTemp\Disk1\setup.iss"
The answerfile will be in C:\FCTemp\Disk1

Silent install:
C:\FCTemp\Disk1\Setup.exe /s /sms /f1"C:\FCTemp\Disk1\Setup.iss"
