This is directly from the Tripwire 8.1 install manual and confirmed working on 3/9/12

To silently install Tripwire Enterprise Agent on a Windows system, enter the following command at a command line:

te_agent.msi /qn
TE_SERVER_HOSTNAME=<server_host>
TE_SERVER_PORT=<server_port>
SERVICES_PASSWORD=<services_password>
START_AGENT=[true|false]
INSTALLDIR=<install_path>
INSTALL_RTM=[true|false]
RTMPORT=<Event_Generator_port>
ACCEPT_EULA=[true|false]

All command-line components are case sensitive.

The TE_SERVER_PORT, START_AGENT, INSTALLDIR, and INSTALL_RTM parameters are optional since they have default values. Otherwise, all of the options are required in order to have a functional installation.
