JiJi Self Service Password Reset version release


We are pleased to announce the update for JiJi Self Service Password Reset.

The following features are added in this version:

  • Pass through authentication for the self service users

  • Reports for Failed Attempts during reset password & unlock account included

  • Password Policy is applied during Password Reset operation

  • Report information is shown in PrintPreview page

  • Report description is shown in scheduled report

  • New license type ComboBasic is added, which support the features SelfService,HelpDesk & Reports

  • Option to install Self Service or Help Desk components alone during installation

  • Password policy is shown to the user during change & reset password actions

  • Password expiration date warning is shown for the JiJi Self Service windows service account in Admin Web
