So we came across Splashtop at a tech conference a few years back and we have been using it ever since. We love it because we were able to kick LogMeIn into touch and save hundreds of pounds, but mainly because of it's extensive capability for support.

To distribute the client you just email the customer the installation link, they install and you can login to Splashtop, see the machine and start supporting within minutes

As we are KACE through and through, we have integrated Splashtop functionality into our SMA, creating Machine actions that start remote support sessions.
