Adobe Reader 7.0

Here's a beauty.

Full install of Adobe Reader 7.0.
Log in as an ordinary user.
Double-click PDF 1 and Adobe Reader hangs.
Kill the Adobe Reader process.
Double-click PDF 2 and Adobe loads the document without error.
Double-click PDF 1 and Adobe Reader hangs.
Login as local admin.
Double-click PDF 1 and Adobe Reader loads the document without error.
Log in as an ordinary user.
Double-click PDF 1 and Adobe Reader hangs.

I'll try, but I don't think I will suceed on this issue!

.. Try loading PDF1 on another computer, as it might be a dodgy PDF file.
.. Run REGMON when loading PDF1 as a user to see if Adobe is trying to write to certain locked-down registry keys.
.. And then try again on a seperate computer runnning as the Administrator.

Also, how are you deploying the application (under the local admin account or local system account etc???)

The application is installed on the build, so all the user's doing is running the Adobe Reader executable.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
