agent connected but inventory is 0 seconds

Hi

I have few machines which connected to K1000 but last inventory is always 0 Seconds agon, even after uninstall and install.

What trouble shooting have you done to this point? - chucksteel 5 years ago
i tried uninstalling using Msiexec code for current and old versions, reinstalled latest agent,but still inventory shows zero seconds - rahimpal 5 years ago
- Have you:
  Checked the logs on the client?
  Checked the application and system event logs?
  Tried to force an inventory?
  Checked to see if the KInventory process is running?
  Checked what other processes are running?
  Checked the Quest KB? - chucksteel 5 years ago
