Agent Tray Icon Missing
I have some machines in my K1000 that the green agent tray icon is missing even though I know KACE is installed. I spoke to support and they mentioned it was because my agent was out of date. We have a mix of agent versions right now and trying to get everyone on the same page some 9.0.181, 9.1.204, 10.0.113. Two machines one with version 9.0.181 and one with version 9.1.204 do not show the tray icon. However my machine with version 9.1.204 does show the icon. Has anyone else see this happen? Is it because my machines are not all on the most recent version.
