Batchfile in admin mode
hi,
From our headquaters i received a batch file that calls an xml installation file. The batchfile starts the xml with some extra parameters (report path, sourcepath, etc). The problem is that i need to start the batchfile with administrative rights or the installation don't work.
As i need to install this on about 600 clients (most of them are remote) i'd like check if someone knows a way how i can do this with user interferance.

There are several ways to achieve this. However we need a little more information about your environment. Do you have a software deployment mechanism. Do you use .msi packages?
You could - for example, it depends on how complicated that batch file is - execute that thing within an msi.
Or if you'd like to start the execution of the batch file by putting it into a login script.
Then the tool TQC Runas could be helpful as you can script the command line you want to be executed together with the account name with administrative rights as well as the password in an encrypted (!) file.
