Crystal Report 7.0 : Internal error 2343: WriteIniValues

Hi,
I am re packaging Crystal Reports 7.0. On installation the MSI throws an Internal error which is happening at the time of WriteIniValues in the Vebose log.

Any pointers on this problems will be really helpful

Why not d/l and use the CR 7.0 merge module?

2343 is 'Specified path is empty' meaning that your MSI is trying to write an empty value or to a missing section. Walk through the INIFile table and make sure everything's intact.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
